Master Planning / Landscape Architecture:

Cumberland Landesign's Tennessee Landscape Architects are able to satisfy Client needs from master planning of a commercial site, the regional designing of a greenway system, or working on a residential project at a personal scale. Some of our residential services include pool design, site planning, planting plans, arbors, walks, patios, lighting, and on-site consultation. Our engineering experience allows us to understand site limitations such as water quality/quantity concerns, floodway restrictions, and the allowable percentages for driveways, handicapped access, and graded slopes. We have a strong knowledge of local codes requirements, regional plant materials, and modern construction methods.

Irrigation Design:

Cumberland Landesign's Tennessee Landscape Architects design irrigation systems for small residential clients with only a few zones to large multi-mailine systems for commercial and government institutions. A well designed irrigation system will ensure plant survivability during dry periods and protect your investment. We take pride in the creation of an irrigation plan which conserves water, is easy to read by the installer, and utilizes cost saving design ideas. A simple domestic water system must take into account pressure, flow, and size, whereas a pond or well system will require evapotrasporation, recharge, and volume calculations.

Graphics:

Cumberland Landesign's Tennessee Landscape Architects utilize several software programs to produce plan color graphics, three dimensional renderings, and full motion video. Adding color and dimension to a design idea can help an individual more completely visualize the future built elemen. A simple color graphic can be produced to show a Client how a pool design will look, and full motion video is often useful for planning commission approval, product marketing, and for a projects website.
