What does it all cost? We produce a Proposal for Services based on your needs. We don't have retainers, and there is a refundable initial meeting fee. More specifically, budget 3%-5% of construction costs toward design fees.

Robert "Brian" Wray, BLA, is a licensed Landscape Architect. He has 30 years of experience in the field, with 20 years of that time as owner of Cumberland Landesign.
In the past Brian served as head designer and VP of a local Civil Engineering firm. This has given him a stron

In the past Brian served as head designer and VP of a local Civil Engineering firm. This has given him a strong understanding of grading, stormwater control, and zoning.
Cumberland Landesign gives back every year through pro bono projects or with monetary donations.
Our office is 100% solar powered.
