How it works
- We begin with pictures of your existing residence.
- Take some photos of your existing residence. They can be digital photos or scanned photos. Three to five pictures are preferred – one straight on, one from the left 45 degrees and one from the right 45 degrees.
Also would be very helpful to take a picture of your home from the street so we can see your driveway.
- If you have clippings from a magazine showing a porch you like - please include those.
- Provide basic information regarding size, distances, and your desired requirements and options.
- Next, there is a fee for our hard work. A standard fee of $300.00 will provide you with photorealistic graphics which cover the major requested modification. Additional services will be quoted based on the scope.
We’ll let you know of any additional fees, if any, after receiving your photos and reviewing your requirements.
- Finally, we can start to model your project with software to produce graphics showing what it can look like with those improvements. We will likely go through a couple renditions to get the look you want and this is covered by the standard fee.
Timeframe
Give us 5-7 business days before receiving your graphics via e-mail. We start the graphics after all the information is gathered and the fee is paid.Limitations
The graphics we provide you are for reference only. A licensed professional in your area can help determine local code requirements, if setbacks allow a porch, or if you are in a historical district which may limit modifications. We recommend you finalize the project with construction blueprints.Don't just take our word
